Our advice to you is to get a relationship started with a sales associate, have a good idea of the options you would like in your new home and have an idea of your financing needs (of course with over 125 programs, DiVosta Mortgage is always willing to help). It can definitely be a whirlwind experience when the time comes to make the final decision, but being prepared helps tremendously and can help make the entire process an awful lot of fun!

Karen Nichols started her career in the building industry over 12 years ago after graduating from Western Illinois University. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she understands the meaning of hard work and dedication to her customers. She finds it gratifying helping them find the home of their dreams. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time working out, jogging, yoga and traveling. She loves being outdoors every chance she gets enjoying the Florida sun. Karen is truly excited to be part of the Pulte / DiVosta team and located in the fabulous community of VillageWalk. |

Kelley Pezzella joined the DiVosta / Pulte team in November 2005 shortly after relocating from Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Tommy and their two loving cats. She has been in new home sales for the past 8 years in the North Carolina real estate market, and prior to that, she had a thirteen year mortgage banking career. When not at the office diligently working, Kelley and Tommy enjoy long walks on the beach, entertaining with family and friends and boating on the spectacular waters of the Gulf of Mexico. After living in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for only a short time, she could not be more pleased with the amazing weather, beautiful sunsets in addition to her outstanding career opportunity with DiVosta / Pulte Homes! |

Marc Semach hails from the Great Lake state of Michigan. He bleeds maze and blue for all of those Ohio State fans. Marc chose sales as a career early in his life and has worked in many different industries. Marc has been working in the real estate industry for over 11 years. He started out as a mortgage loan officer until he found his passion in new construction. He has been a member of the Pulte/Divosta family since the beginning of 2005. In his spare time Marc loves to work out, play tennis and spend time at the beach with his 3 daughters and lovely wife Dawn. Marc loves the mid-west but doesn't miss the cold weather and snow. |

Anne Guidish began working for Pulte / Centex / Del Webb / Divosta five years ago after having been employed by the Collier County School Board. She and her husband, Joe, moved to Naples in 2001 from St. Charles, Illinois (a western suburb of Chicago). In Chicago Anne was self employed, spending summers managing their golf driving range and working in education during the school year. Their growing family includes three married daughters/son-in-laws and five grandchildren. Most weekends you can find Anne on the golf course or at the dog beach with three dogs. Being a part of Pulte Group in Southwest Florida has allowed her to assist homebuyers and ‘snowbirds’ in their quest to find the perfect getaway in paradise |
