	Gary Barlow has worked in the real estate business for over 6 years.  He started out in general brokerage before moving into new construction.  Gary was born and raised in Syracuse New York and attended college at The University of Buffalo graduating in 2001.   He moved to Florida directly after collage to pursue a career in the building and real estate industry.  He is one of the most recent additions to the Pulte / DiVosta family.  Having grown up on a farm Gary developed a very strong work ethic at an early age. His passion for his profession is clear through his hard work and dedication to his customers.  When not working you can find Gary enjoying all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
	Kelley Pezzella joined the DiVosta / Pulte team in November 2005 shortly after relocating from Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Tommy and their two loving cats.   She has been in new home sales for the past 8 years in the North Carolina real estate market, and prior to that, she had a thirteen year mortgage banking career.  When not at the office diligently working, Kelley  and Tommy enjoy long walks on the beach, entertaining with family and friends  and  boating on the spectacular waters of the Gulf of Mexico. After living in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for only a short time, she could not be more pleased with the amazing weather, beautiful sunsets in addition to her outstanding career opportunity with DiVosta/Pulte Homes!
	Marc Semach hails from the Great Lake state of Michigan.  He bleeds maze and blue for all of those Ohio State fans.  Marc chose sales as a career early in his life and has worked in many different industries. Marc has been working in the real estate industry for over 11 years.  He started out as a mortgage loan officer until he found his passion in new construction.  He has been a member of the Pulte/Divosta family since the beginning of 2005.  In his spare time Marc loves to work out, play tennis and spend time at the beach with his 3 daughters and lovely wife Dawn.  Marc loves the mid-west but doesn't miss the cold weather and snow.
	Before transferring to DiVosta as a Sales Administrator, Phyllis Scuilla began her real estate career with Pulte Homes.  She is a Pulte Home owner and is thankful for the Pulte Experience.  Phyllis has lived in Florida for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Florida market.  She currently resides in SW Florida with her family including her husband, 2 grown sons and 2 beautiful granddaughters.  Her goal is to help people have a wonderful experience in purchasing a new home!
