Your Homeowners’ Association manages the common areas, the Town Center, security, cable TV, landscaping and irrigation.  Your Homeowner’s quarterly fees cover these items. As to your home itself, DiVosta’s Customer Relations team takes care of any warranty issues. Your home’s warranty is fully described in the documents received when you purchased your home.
