Comcast Goes Digital

Comcast will be sending notices in the mail with information regarding Comcast’s switch from an analog to digital signal. This transition is scheduled to take place April 12, 2011. Watch for your detailed notice from Comcast on procedures. Once your receive your Comcast notice, Homeowners will need toarrange to take shipment / pick up their 3 free adapter boxes and remotes from the Comcast office. Homeowners will be required to sign an agreement with Comcast stating should a homeowner sell or otherwise vacate their home, the homeowner will return the equipment to Comcast. There is no deadline to receive your free boxes and remotes, however homeowners are encouraged to respond quickly to your notification. Once Comcast has made the transition, TV reception will not be possible without the adapter boxes.More details in the Men's Coffee notes.

Assistant Webmaster, Carol Krekus, with the help of the Ladies Coffee Klatch has compiled a list of good restaurants in the area, giving each a rating for quality and price.

Carol has also complied a list of area movie theatres.

Channel 95 is up and running!!   This is our very own in house television station.  Turn to channel 95 on your television for the latest updates on special events, activities and Homeowner Association information.

Rosanne Sonner and Terry O'Grady have volunteered to update this brand new program and have begun loading information. Its a big job.
