Labor Day Pool Party


Join us at the Resort pool on Monday, September 6th from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm for our pool party! DJ Ronald will be on-site keeping the party going all afternoon with great tunes and games. The buffet catered by Railhead Cafe’ will consist of salad, Mojo chicken served with rice and beans, pulled BBQ pork, char-grilled hamburger with assorted condiments, corn on the cob and a dessert station. There will be drink specials on beer, rum punch and special happy hour pricing. Tickets are $10 per person and $12 at the door. Please stop by Railhead cafe to make your reservations.

End of Summer Bash with Made in Brooklyn


Let’s shake it up one more time before summer whines down! Join us on Saturday, September 25th from 7:00 -10:00 pm here in the Town Center with the duo Made in Brooklyn! They are back and ready to rock the evening away. They play everything and anything you wish to hear or dance to. Doors open at 6:45 pm, live entertainment from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. Railhead cafe will be hosting some pre-dance specials, so be sure to head over from 4:00 - 7:00 pm for these savings. Please remember to BYOB, non-alcoholic beverages are included. Tickets are $10 a piece and are available until Friday, September 24th. We need 50 people to make this dance a go,

New Town Manager

Southwest Property Management announced on Friday, June 4th that Melissa Wood was being replaced by Clement Ross.  Clement served six and a half years in the U.S. Army; three years in 1st Battalion (Ranger) 75th Infantry and three and a half years in the Berlin Brigade.  Clement is nearly fluent in German and has a working knowledge of French.   He attended Cleveland State University and earned a B.A. in 1991.  He then enrolled in a Masters in English but dropped out three  courses shy of completing his masters degree for personal reasons.   Clement spent the next twelve years in Cleveland as a Compensation Analyst working for BP, Core Communications, Lincoln Electric and Riverside Hospital (in Columbus, OH).   He moved to Florida in 2004 and joined WCI Property Management.  He became a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) by the end of that year.  Clement joined Southwest Property Management in July of 2007 and spent the last three years at a gated Homeowners Association in Estero as the solo manager for 614 homeowners.   In June, Clement accepted the position of Town Center Manager of Village Walk of Bonita Springs.

Summer Walking Club

Join the fun Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings here at the Town Center at 9:00 am. All fitness levels are invited to stay cool and get in a great workout, as you walk your way to fitness. Each class will have a different tape, so bring hand weights and water and walk away the pounds. If you have any questions, call Michelle Kithcartat 949-9909.

Assistant Webmaster, Carol Krekus, with the help of the Ladies Coffee Klatch has compiled a list of good restaurants in the area, giving each a rating for quality and price.

Community Healing Shawl

Come knit a few rows 1-10 or whatever you have time to spare. Stop by the Town Center reception window before cards, after cards whatever your schedule allows, and help us create a community healing shawl. These shawls will be given to families in need right here in our community. Welcome to Neighborhood Watch


Ted and Shirley Cuda have both volunteered to spearhead the Neighborhood Watch Program for VillageWalk. Having been residents of IslandWalk of Naples, the Cudas are very familiar with the Divosta communities are very excited to step up to the challenge and have hit the ground running. They have met with the Sheriff’s Department, have reached out to many of you and will continue to work with the Home Owners' Association to streamline communications should the need arise. Keep in mind that any and all suspicious activity should always be reported to the police. Call 911 first. VillageWalk Television

Channel 95 is up and running!!   This is our very own in house television station.  Turn to channel 95 on your television for the latest updates on special events, activities and Homeowner Association information.

Rosanne Sonner and Terry O'Grady have volunteered to update this brand new program and have begun loading information. Its a big job. Weight Watchers at VillageWalk

The Weight Watchers series here at VillageWalk ended on Monday, May 24th. Our group has done incredible in the first 12 weeks and has loss a total of 271.6 pounds. Congratulations! We would like to keep the momentum going and bring aboard new residents to join in our success this summer. We are looking to start a new series with weigh ins beginning at 5:30 pm The joining price could be as low as $39.95 per month depending on the number of attendees that wish to join!
