It's season and things are moving and grooving at VillageWalk! Please check out our updated calendar of events and activities . There's something for everyone, every week. Come out and enjoy all that southwest Florida has to offer!
I could not do my job without all of the help and support from the amazing volunteers. I am always looking for enthusiastic people to be an active part of our community and help out at various events. Please contact Michelle Kithcart, Activities Director, at 949-9909 or email activities@villagewalkbonita.com, if you are interested in assisting.
I will be out on Maternity leave after the first of the year. Don't worry, we will have plenty of activities going on to keep you busy while I am away. I have had a great number of volunteers come forward and offer their assistance to keep everything running smoothly. Watch the next newsletter to see how you can help out this season!

VillageWalk License Plates Are Here!
We are happy to announce
that we will now be selling
VillageWalk license plates at the
Town Center reception window. Each plastic plate
is professionally designed with
the VillageWalk logo and will
adhere to any size car. What a great way to support your
community! Each plate is $7. Limited quantities are available, grab yours today!

Pre-registration Registration is a must for most activities, classes, dances, socials and events to ensure that we meet the required number of participants. Registration and payment must be made with Tammy at the Town Center reception window by 4:00 pm on the date listed under the activity, class or event. First come / first served. You can register for some regularly scheduled activities by contacting the coordinator or instructor directly. You may make reservations for an entire table which will be labeled with the name of the person who makes the reservation.
Reservations and payments are generally accepted for guests of VillageWalk residents beginning on the second week of the each month. Our VillageWalk Ambassadors, Marge Wisniewski and her committee will be on hand to welcome newcomers to our major events. Social events in the ballroom will be limited to 150 people. Sign-up early to get your choice of seating.

Cancellation Policy
For special events, including dinner dances, there will will be a full refund for cancellations received seven days prior to the event date. For day trips, a full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the travel date. There are no cancellations for football or theater tickets for any reason, unless the ticket is resold, in which event, a full refund will be provided. |

Payment Policy
Registration for VillageWalk activities can be made with Tammy at the Town Center window or by calling 949-9909. Once a reservation is made, you have 72 hours to pay for the reservation or the reservation is lost. You may pay for activities by cash or check only. Checks should be made payable to VillageWalk of Bonita. Please save your receipt as verification of registration. |

Magnetic Name Badges Now Available
Instead of wearing sticky-backed paper name badges at our events, you may order a magnetic backed gold name badge with black lettering for $8. A great way for residents to learn each others' names. These can be ordered with Tammy at the Town Center window. We will begin placing orders in increments of 10. |

Volunteers
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our community. They allow VillageWalk staff to focus on critical events and in many cases volunteers manage the entire activity. Here is a partial list of the volunteers who make
VillageWalk so successful.
Channel 95 help needed.
Our TV Channel is up and running! Check out all of the
upcoming activities and homeowners association information right in your
own home. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the
keeping the TV channel up to date. If you are interested in
volunteering please contact Michelle at activities@villagewalkbonita.com or 949-9909.
We could use volunteers a couple of times per month to help get the Town Center Library in order. If you would be interested in helping out with this worthwhile endeavor, please contact Michelle Kithcart at activities@villagewalkbonita.com or 949-9909.

Advertising Opportunity for Owners
If you would like to advertise your business at the Post Office, in the binders at the Town Center or in this website's business directory, drop off your business card with Michelle Kithcart at the Activities Office or at the Town Center Manager’s Office. Any business cards and flyers left in the Post Office will be removed.
If you have items to sell (furniture, bikes, etc.), drop off a small photo and a descriptive index card (each 3" by 5" maximum) with Tammy at the Town Center reception window.,
